To keep your reservation on an assured level, your brief acknowledgement in written form is required.

Please inform us, if you arrive later than 06:00 PM, that we can arrange all things to your satisfaction.

A cancellation of your room reservation is possible at no charge until four weeks before the date of arrival.

On annulations at shorter notice, we reserve the right to charge 80 % of the price of the room. This applies on delayed arrival and on premature departure as well.

The terms of the general hosting contract are legally binding.
